HOW CAN I CANCEL A RESERVATION?

To cancel a reservation you should call us at +30 2294097576, on working hours and days, according to our Offices timetable.

CAN I MODIFY MY RESERVATION?

You can modify your reservation with no additional charge, if this is not subject to a cancellation fee at the time of the modification, by calling us at +30 2294097576.

CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL?

The prices listed on our Company’s forms and website concern reservations that will be made exclusively by Dreams Give Wings Travel “Timothy’s Family”or collaborating travel Agencies.

DO I NEED A PASSPORT TO TRAVEL ABROAD?

Domestic air-travels require an ID card (in Latin letters) or passport. For any travel abroad, citizens of European Union countries have the right to move freely and can travel by showing their ID card only, on condition that this is the new-type one and the citizens’ full name is indicated in Latin letters. Other destinations require a Greek passport with a minimum validity period of 6 months.

 

DO I NEED A VISA TO TRAVEL ABROAD?

In many countries outside the European Union the issue of visa is not required. You can directly contact the embassy of the country you are planning to visit.

WHAT KIND OF TRAVEL DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED OF CHILDREN?

Children travelling within the country and do not hold an ID card or passport should carry a birth certificate or health card. Children up to 12 years old travelling abroad are required to have a new-type passport and, if applicable, visa. Children over 12 years old travelling abroad are required to have a new-type ID card (for European Union member states) or passport and, if applicable, visa.

 

WHAT APPLIES IF I AM NOT HOLDER OF GREEK CITIZENSHIP?

In case you are not holder of Greek citizenship, you should necessarily be informed by the embassy of your country about the travel documents you will need at the destination of your choice.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card or direct payment by visiting our Offices. Upon your reservation an advance payment of 30% of the total amount of the reservation is required, while repayment is made within maximum ten days before the beginning of the trip or the service offered. For information about the issue of airline and ferry service tickets or, in general, reservations subject to special cancellation terms, please contact our Office representatives.

WILL I LOSE MY MONEY IF I CANCEL A RESERVATION?

Our Company’s services are subject to different cancellation terms, depending on their kind and what is included thereof (hotel, airline tickets, etc.). In any case, you can be informed by a representative of our Office about the cancellation terms applying to the reservation you have made.

CAN I REPAY THE RESERVATION FEE DIRECTLY AT THE HOTEL?

The fees for reservations made with Dreams Give Wings Travel “Timothy’s Family” are repaid exclusively at our Offices, via the payment methods listed above.

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES?

There are no hidden charges, since all plans and services offered by our Company mention in detail the cost of the trips and services, the services provided as part of them, as well as what is optional.

WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICES WORKING HOURS?

Our Company’s offices are open every day, from Monday to Friday 09:00-20:00 and on Saturdays 09:00-18:00. On Sundays our Offices remain closed.

WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT FOR SPECIAL PRICES FOR CHILDREN?

Children up to 12 years old are eligible for a discount, unless otherwise stated, always according to the service offered.

WHAT DOES CIVIL LIABILITY INSURANCE COVER?

It covers any claims by travelers/customers arising from non-execution or improper execution of an organized trip. In case of insolvency or bankruptcy, it also covers the obligation for reimbursement of the sums paid, as well as the repatriation of the travelers. An additional optional life and personal accident travel insurance is available for all participants in the organized trips of Dreams Give Wings Travel “Timothy’s Family”. In addition, for cases of illness during the course of a travel within the European Union, we recommend the travelers to contact their social security body for the issue of the “European Health Insurance Card”.

WHERE AND WHEN DO TRAVELS BY ROAD DEPART?

Travels by road organized by Dreams Give Wings Travel “Timothy’s Family” depart from Nea Makri, while the picking points for customers/participants can also be in central points of Athens. Departure hours can vary depending on the trip destination and the participants are notified by phone thereof by a representative of our Company, a few days before departure.
